Horizon Mentoring Programme exists because every woman deserves someone in her corner.
Founded on the belief that mentoring is one of the most powerful tools for personal and professional growth, Horizon connects women across the UK with experienced mentors who are ready to share their wisdom, their experience, and their networks.
Mentoring is not about having all the answers. It is about shared lived experience — the lessons learned, the challenges navigated, the moments of clarity that only come from a genuine, trusted relationship. That is what Horizon is built on.
We work with women from all walks of life and at every stage of their journey — whether they are building a career, rebuilding their confidence, navigating a transition, or simply ready to grow. Our mentors are equally diverse: professionals, entrepreneurs, community leaders, and changemakers, all united by a desire to give back.
